I really do no like turkey...its so dry, I have never eaten a good one. If someone knows a good recipe which makes the bird turn out moist and delicious I am all ears (or in this case eyes--on the screen)!

I would be a vegetarian if it were not for poultry and fish.

The bags are good but slice an orange into quarters and put inside the turkey when you cook it. I did this last year and EVERYONE commented on how moist it was. Sounds wierd but works. And it was my first turkey roasting....my mother does not do holidays

since my father passed away. I had to become an adult.

We fry a turkey and also have Boston Butt on Thanksgiving. :clap_1:

We have fried turkeys as well. Since we host the meal and my husband doesn't cook, it isn't happening. Enjoy some for me.

i'm not buying the whole thanksgiving in the mountains. i just told the poster formaly known as laner that we need to be very aware of our surroundings. sj is very sneaky. he likes to snap picture while no one is watching.
