Mermaid's swimming towards 1,000 posts!!

It's a small group (my work), and it's at the vet's house, and his wife puts on the whole thing- very nice of her. We have a few cocktails and laugh alot, but other than a friend's spouse and I imitating Wanda from "In Living Color", it was pretty tame!

Oh, YOUR work not bdargs! I think you need to come down here for our law firm "PROM"!!! Yep, that's what they call it...it is in January at the Flight Museum at Love Field. It's black tie, but of course I have a better idea...tell me what you think. I want to go to a costume shop and dress up like a stewardess!!! Wouldn't that be a HOOT? This is the party where I got up on stage and sang back up with the band! They still talk about that night. They are expecting me to do it again...I am torn.

"Proud Mary" got me up on stage with the backup girls, and then they wouldn't let me go!!!! I remember some Supremes and Temptations as well. It was suggested at the luncheon last week that I should attend some rehearsals prior to my next gig to perfect the moves...not sure how much they would charge the firm for that! So, you like the stewardess idea???
