As promised, I have been honored to help a lurker become a full fledged poster on SoWal.com!!! What a treat this is!!! So, all you other lurkers read and see how easy this is!

It is my pleasure to introduce...josebby and her sister in law, thompsebby (?, sorry, I hope that's right!)! They are bravely stepping out of the shadow of lurkdom and I can't wait to see what they have to say! josebby reports to me she has another addiction...she made 12, yes, 12 trips to Watersound this past year!!!!! She is my herogull!!!!

So, gulls.....Welcome aboard and take it away!!!!

Yea! Here I am posting on the message board! Many thanks, mentor SueShore! I've been lurking for a few months, enjoying and learning. I'm especailly interested in the real estate investment threads (lots of great information) as I am a real estate broker up North and a SoWal real estate junkie. 😀
I really have been to SoWal twelve times this year...the only 2005 New Year's resolution that I actually kept! 😀
