Just wanted to take a moment and wish you all a very Happy New Year and if you are going out to be safe. There are a lot of crazies out there. Also just wanted to say that looking at this board and conversing with all of you has been great. It has made time away from the beach almost bearable. I am looking forward to the coming year and possibly meeting any of the fellow posters upon visiting the beach next year. :clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1:

We were going to go to SoWal but there are renters in our house. :( So now we're just going to hang here at the farm, make a roaring fire, and do a little pickin' and grinnin' with a handful of good friends and our collective kids and animals, as the case may be. Maybe I'll make a batch of chicken green chili and some hot buttered rums.... :d

We don't have all that much stuff (most of our stuff is in storage) but we will probably be pretty wiped out after that.
Whatever we do, good food and champagne will be involved.

As both of our families are in England we have our toast and champers at 6.00pm, after wishing all members of both tribes a happy New Years we call the kids take notes on there plans, remind them not to drink and drive, tell um we love them and go to bed, usually around 8.00pm.
We are up at 4.00 am boat loaded , picnic hamper packed with bagles, cream cheese ,orange juice ,left over champers,and anything else that needs to be consumed before i start my diet.
We will see the New Year in on the water, will post photo's.
