Prayers for our sweet BB's brother

oh no. how terrible. praying for her and family.

Please include Beachbummett's brother, Steve, in your prayers. I just received a text from her saying he was in an explosion at work and is being Care-Flighted to UAB Hospital.

No, sorry, I don't really know what happened nor do I know what he does. Just what she said in the text. I will keep you posted if I hear more.

I just talked to her friend who works with her, and they think that he is out of life-threatening danger. Broken leg and arm, and they're doing surgery (I assume for the leg.) From what we gathered, it didn't sound like there were burns--they think that during the explosion he was hit with a pipe of some sort.

I realize that I'm giving a lot of "I thinks" and "it sounds likes," but wanted y'all to know that he seems to be out of imminent danger. I'm sure prayers are still wanted, needed, and appreciated.

Oh, my...I am so glad I am jsut now seeing this and some recent info looks promising for BB's brother. What a terrible scare. I'll be praying.

If anyone else hears from her directly, let us know. I trust my source completely, but I didn't want to flood her phone with messages...I'll be glad to hear that he's out of surgery and well on the way to recovery.
