what are you listening to?

this song, without fail, is on every time i'm in the car in the mornings.

Listen to the wind blow
Watch the sun rise

Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies

And if
You dont love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain.

Listen to the wind blow
Down comes the night

Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies

Break the silence
Damn the dark
Damn the light

And if
You dont love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain.

This is sweet. I am new here but are people talking about who they like to play? Music is the best. I am going to check out some of the suggestions but I want to add a few. First of all, Diana Krall is the best. The fact that she married Elvis Costello is amazing and their children have genius music genes. You haven't lived until you have heard some of Elvis Costello's collaborations with Burt Bacharach. Do not miss Bebel and Astrid Gilberto. Check out Sade particularly her song Your Love is King and some of her others. I am going to show my age but Linda Ronstadt's song Adios is absolutely beautiful. I could go on and on. Which reminds of my favorite singer forvever - Kenny Rankin. I saw him in DC at a small club a while back and he was amazing (have loved him forever) and then read a few months later he had passed away. Hope I am not boring anyone. I would love to hear more of what everyone is listening to. Music soothes the soul.

I'm sitting upstairs at work, and I am listening to Dannica Lowery sing with Kyle LaMonica downstairs in the Blues Shack. Beautiful.

At this moment, I am listening to a CD of Japanese Koto music.

Very very soothing....

LOL my dh broke the spell turning on Rigoletto - which I LOVE but not when listening to Koto music of Japan.

In honor of our recent Three Mile Island incident
