Are those poured walls?

That's the insulated foam forms. They pour concrete in those on Tuesday and then they start the 2nd floor and after that the parapet roof will go on!

Exciting! Got up on scaffolding last night and was thrilled to look out over the village. And my balcony will be even higher than that. It should be a nice little beach cottage.

Just curious, didn't look like the second pour had happened yet and I'm pretty sure that with the concrete it's not too wind resistant. Glad to hear it's okay.

You are right - they pour tomorrow and the roof should be on by the end of the week.
