Years ago there was a story about a young man who had a botched circumcision. His parents were told by his doctor to raise him as a girl. They did. I read the book about his life "As Nature Made Him".

He eventually committed suicide - as did his twin brother.

I encourage all new parents to go to the NOCIRC website and check out the information about why routine circumcision is not necessary. My boys are certainly happy I did!

Anyway, that's one situation where I can see having a replacement penis would have seriously been the difference between life and death.

I have a theory that half of the trouble we're in now is because Viagra doubled the number of men trying to impress women. Men who should be older and wiser and softer, who should be solving problems instead of making things harder.

Not to mention the healthcare costs - since of course those %^$$* blue pills were covered ....................... I believe GM spent $125 million just on Viagra last year for its current and former employees.

Have you heard the theory that if you unequivocally put the women in charge in many of the major trouble spots in the world it would solve most of the problems?

Not saying there aren't power hungry psycho women in the world, just that when you put the people who are focused on keeping and feeding the family and who are the spoils of war in charge you shift the focus a bit.

Insurance will probably pay for this. Insurance also pays for Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, etc,. Some insurance carriers that cover the cost of these pills DO NOT pay for womans birth control pills. Men can go around banging woman right up to the ripe old age of 90 or 100 with the help of Viagra and all those other little pills out there to help them out with their little "softies", but a woman cannot protect herself with birth control pills becasue they aren't covered. I have always found this rather ironic. :roll:

Now, I am not saying that if a man has an unfortunate accident, or disease that causes his penis to sustain injury, that he should not have the ability to have it fixed as a woman does if she has to have breast reconstruction after a mastecomy. What I am saying is that Birth Control Pills should be covered by ALL insurance carriers that cover male erection products.
