PW does not apply for grants. We pay an employee to do that. So why would I ask them?

And Bush, Jr started the bail out. Obama just continued it. If they didn't our financial system would have colapsed and caused all of us to fail, ie the United States of America......and I am not a Bush fan. Look at the Real Estate Agents, the Mortgage Bankers, the people that just wanted to jump on the good old band wagon and make a buck without thinking of the circumstances, flipping properties before they made it out of the ground. It happened all across America, some just worse than others. I saw it coming, talked with others seeing it on its way, including Independents, Republicans and Democrats. In the banking industry, in the insurance industry and the people that live in the Hurricane areas on the South/Southeast. Something had to give and it did. I just get so sad riding down 30A and Hwy 98 with all of the defunct projects. A lot of innocent people got caught in the middle, the greedy probably not so much. Now I see so many friends and love ones suffering. It is quite sad to watch. I hope that some have learned some valueable lessons from the last few years.
