The Blind Side

Thanks for the review. As a college football fan, I definitely want to see this movie! They had clips of it on ESPN GameDay yesterday -- great!

College football fans from the south will definitely find extra entertainment!

I can't wait to see this. I should have gone today.

I want to see this movie so bad as Minnie's daughter, Meredith, went to High School at Briarcrest with Michael Oher and the Touhy family. They went to Ole Miss together too. When I visited Minnie this summer she took me to all the neat places and we spent time at Ole Miss. It was soooo cool. I got the best tour and learned about the whole story. Very touching!!!

You will love this movie Kat. Although I really admired the mom in the movie, the little brother, SJ, was my favorite character. Well, actually, loved the interactions of everyone in the family with each other.

Awesome movie!!

It was a wonderful movie, loved Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw but I think the part that was most entertaining was all the SEC coaches, loved the closing photos that were actual family photos of Michael, Collins and the family and Ole Miss and Briarcrest High School. SJ was a hoot.
A definite feel good movie.

Sandra bullock was on the Ellen show yesterday and she said they were praying to make $15 ml and were blown away with makig $35 ml opening night. Can't wait to see the movie.

Mama Scooterbug saw it and liked it - she said it got a little Hallmark Channel at times, but then it was amazing at the end when they told you it was a true story!

I have to say, I do love those Hallmark Hall of Fame Movies. Can't help it. My very favorite one of all time was "To Dance with the White Dog". It was forever ago. Oh my gosh, I get a lump in my throat just thinking about it.

Great movie! But did anyone else find it ironic that not a single head coach depicted in the movie is currently in the same position? Saban, Tuberville, Fulmer, Holtz, Nutt, Orgeron. . . . did I miss anybody?

the youth group from our church went and enjoyed it. Iwanted to but broken arm has git me do\iwn darn think hurts

Yep thought that was kinda funny or not depending on your favorite coach or team, SEC is a fickle place to coach, win or hit the road.

The coaches visits was one of my favorite parts.

The HS football coach was the only part I was disappointed in, it was a pretty far stretch of the truth and not very accurate. The rest was pretty spot on with the actual happenings.

Hope your arm feels better soon and then you can go, too.

Glad to see word of mouth boosting this movie.

Saw it this afternoon. Awesome movie. If you don't walk out with a feel good feeling, something is wrong with you! Great casting and so many life lessons, I lost count. Can't wait for it to come out on Netflix so I can see it again!

Yea for Sandra Bullock, and what a gracious acceptance speech and it was nice to see the Touhys in the audience.
