I'm surprised we haven't seen more of these on vertical walls in place of windows.

Of course you could save thousands of dollars and just install a sky light. I do understand the application when there are additional floors above you though.

I wonder if you can make it look like the sky is falling? That would be a really neat prank to play on someone. For the rest of his life everyone would call him Chicken Little.
