Springfest?

scarlet, try youtube. so, i'm here. someone was in my spot, fire going and all, their spot had been edged onto, so there was no hope. i got a new spot closer to the field stage. this is the second this has happened to me here. these fools really need to learn to operate this place like a hotel. i could go into volumes on my semi-satisfation with the park operators.

any way while setting up in the rainy dark, got a machine over to record the mammals and del. the avett brothers are up now, then donna. i still have stuff to do with setting up and transferring, etc. and if you've seen one donna show... i'm close enough to hear without being there.

rai has let up and is supposed to pass overnight. i hope so, don't need another soggy springfest.

can't believe i'm getting any service from the country store. more as it happens. and pics too. i will produce pics when i say i will.

Wish I could be there but not this year. Have never been! #1 and GK will be on the road shortly and #3 is coming over Sunday, if my old memory serves me right. Have a great dry time! :clap_1: :wub:

Saturday: today, beautiful with some wind. peter rowan guest 'band' with roy book binder, just finished.

Thanks! I found out tonight that we are going- apparently Bdarg has rounded up some friends to go. I wondered why he kept mentioning them. I need to do some listening before we go so I can dance. Thank God he has the time to keep up with the music.:idontno: :lol:

I spoke with Brian Hand yesterday, and he reports that Dread Clampitt says that they had the most receptive audience for their music ever at Friday's show during SpringFest. I have really missed seeing them the last two weeks and cannot wait for a regular Sunday at the Red Bar. From the lack of crowds at the Red Bar during the previous two Sundays, I would say Dread Clampitt was missed by many people.

so that's Dread Clampitt. :doh: Saw them at the Red Bar a couple of years ago and loved them but never put the name with the face. Boy, I gotta get out more often.
