Help me create a workout Ipod playslist!

my favorite kind of thread.

YouTube- Shiny Toy Guns - Major Tom

Disco seems to work well.

YouTube- Weather Girls - Its Raining Men

Of course you could just tape one of these classics:

YouTube- RIchard Simmons 20th Anniversary of Sweatin to The Oldies

Lots of Santana gets me going at just the right beat....especially on the album he did with Mana....

YouTube- SANTANA/MANA { CORAZON ESPINADO } LIVE

If you go with Black Eyed Peas, you gotta go with...

YouTube- Black Eyed Peas - My Humps

Be My Lover by LaBouche!!!!

There is just too much to choose from. Go with your personal taste. But whatever it is make sure is has a lively beat. Try to mix it up so you don't have the same type music in a row. I listen to some disco, dance, country and even some of the music that my boys like. I just make sure that it is in a format that does not repeat.

YouTube- Cheryl Lynn - Got To Be Real
One of my faves!
