I find stories like this fascinating. Whenever I hear about those IOUs the politicians in washington have been writing the american taxpayer for borrowed social security funds, I always wonder .. what does a congressional IOU look like? Where are all those IOUs kept? Are they buried in a vault in the basement of the social security building in washington dc? Are they written on postits, signed by congress? Nope, they sit in a single three-ring binder, in the bottom drawer of a white filing cabinet in Parkersburg West Virginia. Go figure.

I want to know where the money is coming from to cash them. Looks like we will be paying them off and financing Obama's health care fiasco.
