Does anyone know, for sure, the time limitation is regarding a creditor filing a claim against an estate following a summary probate?

5, 7, 10 years?

A link would be good since I can't seem to find it anywhere.

believe FL. is 2 years for unsecured creditors. A Mortgagee, or other secured creditor would be different however. I am inactive bar member, so please don't rely on my advice above. There is a very informative blog here, -linky

Looking for Fl. I have an Aunt that wants to file a claim against my mom's estate. Her summary was closed in '03 so i'm thinking she's missed her opportunity.
