The gals are all gorgeous in this flick and it's filled with fun. I enjoyed it very much.
"Two thumbs up"

Luckily the insanely drunk girl who kept yelling at the screen managed to stagger out early in the film.

What funn! Groups of women in cute outfits and great shoes filled the theatre and it was the adult equivalent of being at a Disney cartoon with lots of kids!Hey, was the drunk girl drinking a cosmo?
Liza Minelli's cameo alone is worth the price of admission, but Samantha's comments and attempts to fight menopause stole the movie. Overall any fans of the TV show will have a great time though anyone who knows anything about the Middle East will find that portion of the movie rather unbelievable. Carrie (not my fave character) even had a couple outfits that didn't look like a blind person dressed her.

[Hey, Skunky, are there still movie theatres in NOLA that have bars in them? There's one we used to go to on Canal Street. Hey, was the drunk girl drinking a cosmo?[Hey, Skunky, are there still movie theatres in NOLA that have bars in them? There's one we used to go to on Canal Street.
Glad you had funn, and glad the movie is good. Can't wait to see it.

All the booze on Earth couldn't save this turkeyIt's a chick flick. [Okay, everyone say, "Duh!"] My husband leaves the room when our daughter and I watch her SATC DVDs.
All the booze on Earth couldn't save this turkey
I hear even the gays think it sucked. Must be bad.
Jeez, I hope you get a chance to see the rest of the movie soon! No, wasn't me, though she did fall over my seat trying to get out.....and almost took a header down the stairs too - and she didn't even have on insane heels like most of the theatre.*ducks for cover* lol
I hear even the gays think it sucked. Must be bad.Not saying it will be up for any Oscars or go down in cinematic glory (and there were some dumb/forced scenes) but great escapist fluff for fans of the show/other movie and some insanely hilarious moments.
All the booze on Earth couldn't save this turkeyYet it was still #2, beat Prince of Persia, and will easily make a huge profit - despite the 10 million wardrobe budget (which shows that money cannot buy taste IMO).
The worst movie I have ever seen. BTW...Sara Jessica Parker has "man" hands.

Have you seen it?

No, however, my trusted critic source is rottentomatoes.com, and only 15% of their large sample thought it was good. I'm betting that it is pretty bad. We'll see what happens come Razzie time
I saw it Sunday night with 2 of my best friends. In some ways it reminded me more of the show than the 1st movie, other times it was draggy and a bit forced. A couple of scenes had us dying laughing, a couple of scenes will be me and my girlfriends when we come to Destin in July, overall, we enjoyed it and I loved the music. I'll be watching it over and over just like I do the shows and the first movie when it hits HBO I'm sure.

It's definitely a "chick flick" especially based on the opinons of the Sowal guys.
I laughed out loud with some of the scenes myself. Glad you enjoyed it.
Hope you and your girlfirends have as much fun on our beaches as the (SATC) girls did. ;-)
