I am still(after all of these years ) shy. But when I am walking the beach I try to say hello to everyone I pass. Man or woman. I am a equal opportunity greeter. I usually don't find myself in situations where I have be forward and walk up to someone and start a conversation. My wife is the extrovert and can start a conversation with the wall(and get a reply). So I have learned to be not obvious when looking. I try to be very curtious when looking. I very seldom do double takes. I can get a good look the first time

I must say though there is something special about the way a woman carries herself. You can tell just by looking that they are very comfortable with themselves and that is when it is nice to look at the total person.
