Hmmmm, November  Early or Late? End of November is pretty cold . I say we go to Switzerland!

BTW, those spinach pinwheels for fab. I thought Mr Audi was great! Was he overwhelmed with us :floor:

Alli, didn't make it down to the beach. Paula and I sat and talked for hours. Then when we were about to leave, they choreographed the music with the fountain which is apparently a show they're gonna do once a day in addition to the regular fountain activity. Paula wants to video it so we're gonna try to catch it tomorrow at lunch.

The workers said that it's spectacular at night so will have to go see it. Good addition to the community.

I'm glad everyody who came had a good time. I need to thank The Steeno's and Franco Harris, Trailer, Bill Evett and Ted, Space Medicine, Whizz, The Waco Ramblers, and Dread Clampitt, all for providing extremely fine music throughout the course of the day. Also, Jim Horton and Melissa Aiken for providing the beautiful flower arrangements, table cloths, and the stage dressing. Thanks to Craige Hoover and the Seaside Rep for the audio gear, lights and stage. Immeasureable help came from Dan during the setup, and Smiling Joe, Sarah, and Chef John who woke me up this am as the clean-up crew. Also, to Frank and Pat Day for everything. Lastly, I couldn't have pulled it of without my partners, Joleen Jones and Brian Hand, thank you.

Congratulations, John R, on the best Mayhem yet! And thanks for your generosity and for letting me use the inside bathroom. ;-) What a great night...I couldn't believe all the people! I didn't get to see ALL the Sowallers, though. :(

Late night, sleep deprived posting may get the better of me. Thank you to the Grayton Girls(Leigh, Liz, and Kendall) for the kayaks, and to ChrisV for the use of the tent. Thank you Jimmy P for the set up help and Jill, a true champion who did the 'inside work' and who provided the first dish, the stuffed shells which went like lightning. Of course, thanks to all who brought potluck items, there was some amazing food.

PPod, you're right, it's great to have such good friends.

Sueshore, May Events has been known to throw a similar event in November, we'll see how it pans out.
