Hey gang! Booby J here just checking in. Man, I sure miss Sowal. Very homesick at times.

We are on an adventure and feel blessed to be able to make such a radical move. As I was making that long drive across the country I thought of the people that have done the same on a horse and buggy. They must have been real crazy. We are only a little crazy...
So far this has been a good move. Is it as nice as 30? No way. Is it different then 30a. Yes. It is as cool but in just a different way. Too crowded at times but kind of what I was wanting. I think I start work on Monday so for now just enjoying the sights. Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement on our journey. It was very hard to leave all our friends, family and the comforts of SoWal. I check into Sowal often so I will always be around. So for today, see you soon!

He has lots of new friends and has a job offer from a local TV station. They stopped Bev on the streets the other day and asked if Brody would be interested in coming in to talk with them for some commercial work. They like his "California look". Ha! So he will have all basis covered before we even get started.

Wow Bobby, that's awesome! Somehow I suspected Brody might be famous. And that takes care of Bev looking for work.... She can work for the Brode-man. :lol:

Just checking in on everyone! I hope you all are well and we think of you often. I miss my family so much it hurts sometimes. I never thought I would miss everyone this much! I have attached a few more adventures and will do some more soon. Take care and talk to you soon! Miss you all!

Good to see ya having fun. I haven't had a chance to congratulate you on your move/adventure. I really appreciated all the work you did in my real estate search and numerous correspondence. I admire your spirit to make a move like you did, but I went the little red convertible and young hot girlfriend route (being the cheeseball that I am) but I don't recommend it to anyone. Once you go cheesy, you never go back
