I miss good morals and good manners and children who were dressed with good taste and not like thugs. I miss TV that families could watch together and laugh together.

I miss the casino, but will take care of that this weekend!

I miss the Beatles... no wait, they're still in my head...cool!

I miss civility and good manners and cooperative neighbors who enjoyed helping each other and food co-ops...and pleasant airplanes trips.

A long, uninterrupted, nights sleep. I really miss sleep!

Fried chicken by my Aunt Dove and her creamed corn......she also invented chewy cake. YUM!!!!!!!

I miss all of that....and DQ Brazier Burgers - don't do them any more.

Jerry's Sno Cones up here is selling the Huey type burgers now. They get them from whoever supplies them to Hueys. Huey burgers are good, yum yum.

Hey, they still make Jiffy Pop. I have a friend with no microwave (really) and her kids only eat Jiffy Pop.

Cheese waffles. They were so salty and crisp! Lemon-Up shampoo..that smell was the best!!

I loved Lemonup shampoo!

Nabisco's Brown Edge Wafer cookies. I have found a few recipes that claim they are exactly the same. We will see.

I miss not having the constant interruption/noise of cell phones and apps - especially at the table.

I was having fantasies about those fries last night, when I couldn't sleep!

DD and Lynnie, I miss talking to you these last 2 weeks. It has been soo crazy, I haven't had time for much of anything except fixing the bathroom, getting ready for the wedding and the wedding. Things are now finally starting to settle down. And then I cleaned out my cookies in the laptop and could not get on the site for 3 days. Go figure!!

I miss believing that life just keeps getting better and better.
