Ornament Exchange 2010--Thoughts/Suggestions

Since our darling OL has opted out of the coordination of the exchange this year (who can blame her--she did it for four years and probably needs a break), and since some of us would like to carry on the tradition for one more year at least, can we have your thoughts on how it should be done this year? Anyone want to step up and ramrod the thing? We're getting a late start, so the "reveal" might need to be a little later than usual, but it's a funn tradition and we hate to see it die before KISH gets a chance to make an ornament!!! :lol:

Well, alrighty then...we need to get this show on the road...so...email me and let me know if you are participating, your real name and address. We will come up with a deadline for mailing your "ornament" and the time of unveiling. As usual we will have a seperate thread which will outline the specifics! 😀

O.K. I went to the website that explained this wonderful and fun event and it said you had to have 1,000 posts to be able to. Well, I guess I am out then b/c I don't have nearly that many. Just 400 something. If ya'll do change that rule I would love to be in on it to. Let me know, if not hopefully by next year I will. I just moved here 7 months ago so I just a little shy of 1,000.:(

The 1,000 post rule is firm - that's why KISH has his own thread where he has been trying for months to get to 1,000 so he can do the ornament exchange. :lol:

scooty is right about the 1000 posts being firm... its been a rule for quite some time. but still - many who can't participate for various reasons still party with us on the ornament thread throughout the season. I hope you will!
