Started a fast this morning...I AM STARVING!!! (already)
XP90 related Beachbody Nutritionals 2 day fast. It says not to venture far from home....now I know why.:shock:
However, if I succeed I will be 6 to 7 lbs lighter with a kick start of my metabolism to continue to lose weight and my body will be cleansed. My skin and eyes will be brighter and I will feel sooooo much better for cleaning out the system....if I don't kill someone first.:roll:
