It's really not about how many layers, one good thick one is all you need, IMHO.
Unless you are into mixing more than one flavor at once... then multiple layers can really spice things up.
It's not the layers, it's the frosting! ;-)

Quite the roller coaster of feelings. I laughed, cried and felt like quitting many times, but I persevered :shock: Much like many other people I do not post often and I mostly lurk. Afterall, I am an engineer and we write good not well :idontno:. I would like to say THANK YOU to all you wonderful SoWall posters. You are the only group that could manage to weave so many disparate thoughts into a single thread. Come to think of it I think this one was a tapestry :lol:. Thanks again, and I hope we can all get together at the 30A grilled cheese festival. I'll take mine with pepperjack and gruyere.

I totally agee! But the weather was nearly this gorgeous when all of this started. Maybe the dreary whether did not help. I sure am enjoying it this week though for sure!
