Who was that silly guy in the funny plastic hat, why did they invite that buxom brunette to the show if they knew she couldn't sing, and how dare they rip off G&R? I think there's a law against that last one.

(Also did anybody else notice Aguilera flubbed the National Anthem?)

its not actually ripping off GnR if you have Slash playing guitar on it.

It seems to be almost all current "popular" acts seem to think that all they got to do is get on stage with "attitude", and that's enough. It doesn't seem to matter about talent, or a decent melody.

Give me somebody like Springsteen, who comes out incredibly humble, and feels like he has to work his butt off to earn our affection.

I enjoyed the halftime show tremendously, but it had very little to do with the Black Eyed Peas and other performers, and EVERYTHING to do with getting to watch Ms. Kitty dancing deliriously...:clap:

It's all about the attitude...

Yes, Miss Kitty and the people with lights on them were the only thing that saved that halftime show.

Yes, the U2 show was moving, to say the least, but Bruce Springsteen rocked the house too. The Rolling Stones were about the most pitiful act I've seen.

I was dancing so much during the halftime show that our dog bit me. She hates it when I get excited about football games. And it wasn't like I had too much to drink. I had a half bottle of wine for the game and couldn't buy more (dry county).

Sounds like y'all had a fun Super Bowl party. Was Ms. Kitty wrapped in lights?

NO, but she SHOULD have been! 😱

Note to self: buy a spare string of lights for moments when Kitty dances... 😀 I can think of at least four occasions that she's danced in public just since she GOT here last week... This is an untapped goldmine! :lolabove:

I heart you, Kitty...
