Overpaid Federal Employees??

Pretty much what we all knew, when you combine pay and benefits, federal workers are making higher wages. That imbalance leads to people wanting to work in government vs. the private sector, which, even longer term, leads to the downfall of the country. In a system like this the private/public balance inexorably tips toward the public side which generates it's revenue from the private. France is a perfect example of just how dysfunctional a system like this can become.
