Whew, this is going to make it easier to buy a vote, and the gifts over $100 have to be approved by the Senate President and the House Speaker, I just need to remember to include those folks in my gift giving. And any cap is bunk - based on my firsthand observations all that happens is the business prepares a bill showing the item is below the threshold, then "gifts it" - regardless of actual price/value.
