Something very evil happened in Texas

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office said 25 to 30 bodies were buried at the intersection of County Roads 2049 and 2048 between Hardin and Daisetta. KHOU reported that a tipster alerted authorities about the bodies, which were said to be dismembered.

The bodies are those of children, according to preliminary reports, KPRC Local 2 said on its website.

What the effin' F? Is there another Jeffrey Dalmer running around down there? A doomsday cult? Mexican drug violence spread to families?

No probably just related to Gov. Rick Perry wanting to take Texas further back in time to the wild west days of justice I suppose.

Could we please keep politics out of this one until there's like some indication that it would be related to anything in that grave?

I truly hope it is not Mexican drug violence, that situation is enough to give one nightmares as it is.

Sorry, but that sentence makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

CNN just reported there is no evidence of some sort of mass grave and that police haven't searched the property yet. Thus far just some circumstantial evidence of something nefarious and an anonymous tip that brought the police there in the first place.

"Psychic says" does NOT equal "something very evil happened" ... there's more than enough sensationalism in the media these days, with no need to add to it, please

I stopped reading the moment I saw that word.

The early reports, including one that Drudge linked to, said nothing about psychics.

And I tend to be easily spooked about possible mass murder situations. The Jonestown photos were some of the scarring moments of my childhood.

Deputies who swarmed a rural Texas neighborhood Tuesday to search a farmhouse where a person claiming to be a psychic told officials multiple bodies were buried found no evidence of even a single homicide, a sheriff's official says.

Well, that's that. The tipster though may be in trouble.

CNN was reporting this as news last evening before they tracked down the facts. It's interesting how some stories get written off and some get blown out of proportion before the facts are brought to light.

Everyone picked up on it when the first reports were coming out. We flipped over to Fox because they really use their local tv station network, and they were covering it as well.

Pseudoscience strikes again. I did notice the house on the property had a topsy turvy tomato planter up and running. Maybe that disrupted the psionic parabola.
