I had my car serviced this week. Our BMW service advisor who is just awesome suggested that I could optionally have the fuel injectors cleaned for $189. He said that it is a new service they're offering and that they are getting rave reviews. I said yes.
Well, the display on the instrument panel shows average mpg. It has jumped from 21.3 to almost 27! Amazing!
BTW it's not the kind of cleaner that is added to the gas tank. They literally clean the injectors.
