I can finally say that I have bought a house in SoWal!!!! :clap: I have been trying to purchase this home, on and off, for 2 years and 3 months! It finally happened yesterday after stop and goes since August. It is my perfect home in my perfect location. :wub: Now I am a true, property owning local!!!!!

Thanks Kish...I am recouperating slowly, but doing very well. I am able to walk almost without a limp, but it gives me a reminder quite often when I do too much! I still have some pain, but I hope to be back to normal soon!

Put the fireplace to the test last Monday night and it was awesome! I love the Pt Washington area, perfect...close to the bay and a short car ride to my most favorite beach!
