1. His pools are the "biggest in the panhandle"

3. He has balls enough to put a pool on the beach and have a sign that says "Parking for Seacrest Beach Guests Only"

Correction, his pool is the second biggest in Walton County, now. The bedrock pool at Cypress Breeze is slighty bigger. ;-)
