:( This is a post I viewed on Trip Smarter about the Whispering Seas Condos in PC Beach! This was such a sweet and sad story I wanted to put it here and see if anyone could share any info about this place. If this still belongs in vacation rentals I am sure it will be moved!

I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the Whispering Seas condos. I know they are a small, older complex; but I need to know if they are nice?
There are several family members who are coming down in August and we can't get any idea of what kind of place it is. I am traveling with my daughter and her family. Her father-in-law, who is only 60 but has terminal cancer, wants to have one last vacation with his family and grandkids and wants to come to Panama City. They prefer a small place with easy bach access because of the kids and grandfather. They have chosen Whispering Seas. It seemed small and was reasonable.
But we can't find any information. Can anyone tell me "anything" about Whispering Seas, the pool area, the rooms, and the beach area?
We need to make it special for him.

i like the idea of an 'other beaches' forum on this board as there are things folks need to know - like the fishing report for st andrews bay, or resturants in appalachicola, or the price of gas in pensacola - finally a place to put questions about pcb, navarre beach and okaloosa island!

30a is so way better than pcb, but everybody goes into panama city, pcb or destin, if only to get dry ice!

Aquaticbiology, you are right. It is all the same beach but I hardly think people go to PC Beach for dry ice! I have already put on here what we go into PC Beach for! And we hit several restaurants in PC Beach. Went to St. Andrews State Park. Beautiful undeveloped beach!

Hoosier Girl doesn't have too many brains between the ears or she'd have found this in about two seconds flat, the same way I did. And that was only the first listing on Google. I'm sure a quick phone call to the tourist board in PCB might be helpful, too. Hoosier Girl needs to whine less about "no information" and get crackin'.

I've seen that forum and there is not much to that forum. Doesn't look like anyone has put anything on there in a while. The tripsmarter site has more but I am not into the Spring Break thread or the Singles area of that thread. More people are putting stuff on there than they were about a week ago though.
