Long term rental manage company referals

I have an out of town friend who is inquiring about long term rental management companies.

My friends are tired of renting the house themselves and just want to turn it over to an honest/reasonable company to let them handle it.

Any suggestions from Sowallers who are or have worked with any of them?

Thanks!
