I just bought Springsteen tickets!

I went to see him in 1986 in Birmingham!! I LOVE the Boss....best concert I have ever been to in my life....4 hours of nothing but rocking with the BOSS!!!! He is the MAN!!!!!!!!

Good for you, Mike! Springsteen always puts on a swell show.
Saw him three different times but I think my favorite was the first, under the stars at Red Rocks with the E Street Band in '79. The man is indefagitable.

I'm super excited. My roommate is a HUGE Bruce fan and we jam out Bruce songs on the guitars all the time. It better be good. I'm sitting in the cheap seats for $85 a ticket!!!

That's great. I went to a Springsteen concert at Iowa State in 1985 when I was in college. (I actually went to Drake University in Des Moines). We were in the 7th row. What a fabulous concert. I would go again in a heartbeat. Seems like only yesterday...but of course it wasn't and I now I'm feeling old. Have a great time and sing along for me.

I thought of you guys as we passed through the Nooga. We then sat at a dead stop 35 miles north of ATL for 40 minutes, beginning to worry that we would be late. We made it to the show with about 1 hour to spare. It wasnt sold out. I was shocked! There was no waiting in line to get in! The show was awesome! It was just Bruce. No band, no back up singers. Well worth the money. I will definetly see him again. We left after the show at 10:30 and got home to Nashville around 2:30am. It was a great one day road trip. It took us 5 hours to get there and I remember telling my friend who was driving that we could be on the beach in 1 more hour had we been heading that way. 😀

Not sure I'd want to see the Boss do a show without the band. I like it loud 😀
