Who will be in SoWal?

What Beachmom? You didn't learn all about Big Bone Lick in geography class? It must have been covered in KY geography only. I'll never forget the day my roomate from Nebraska came home in hysterics over the Big Bone Lick lecture.

I learned about it. Perhaps not in geography class!

I'm waiting for the kitty to wake up and give us a zinger about our Midwest Licks. I have the feeling she won't be talking ice cream.

I have a feeling you're right.

Where is this place? It's not over here in the western part of the state, is it?

It's 22 miles SW of Covington (or several miles west of Beaver Lick! No kidding.)

Afunn how long will you be there? If the house is not rented starting Aug. 12 I might bring the boys up with me for 4-5 days. Only problem is hubby will not be able to go and I don't know if I can handle another drive by myself. Did it last night and wanted to shoot myself. Maybe my mom will want to come with me.

I will be leaving the 14th...early in the morining. I never realized the long drive from your area until my sis came up in June when I rented the Washaway! Her drive was almost as long as mine! Let me know if you come up...we can have lunch or dinner the 13th!

They caught me hook, line and sinker!!!!

YEP!!! you got me from "hello"....

True, true. Though you have to admit "French Lick" conjures up images a little more salacious than a sweet little town in southern Indiana.

BTW, Allifunn, you know we'll be in SoWal when you are so get those kayaks sorted out. We're on for a good paddle down the creek!

YES Mam! Hey Jenny...I may have to go to Big Daddy's and have one delivered to Kurt's house....;-)
