I get the decision based on infrastructure already being in place. By staying away from VPS, though, they are avoiding competition from American and United and can keep their prices a bit higher...

dunno...tried "booking" on their page for a flight in Aug, and get no hits from ECP to either HOU or IAH...

Will I was wrong about American....it's actually United that's staring flights to IAH...checked August rates appears to be $315-365 range..GL
