Tropical Wave/Caribbean Sea

There is a very pronounced area of thunderstorm activity which is being monitored for possible Invest or Tropical Depression classification in the Caribbean Sea west of the Lesser Antilles. Forecast models move this entity westward and then northward near the western tip of Cuba by early next week, so it bears watching.

NOTE that this is a totally separate entity than T.D. 8/Helene which is forecast to move out sea well east of Bermuda.
