My arm is back in socket now. (it wasn't really that bad -- just a pulled muscle in the arm or shoulder, or both. It is difficult to tell where exactly it hurts.)

I am smart enough to wear my life jacket on days like today. I only got to ride about 4 waves, and after that last OOPS , I couldn't paddle anymore. It was fun though.;-) -- much more exciting than watching football. (I am ducking now)
