Warm ups are a term used by the 40+ crowd. They are microwavable pads in various colors we put on our muscles and joints so that we have enough bounce in our step to make it through the day. :funn:

I'm already ahead of ya. I wore a long skirt so my legs wouldn't freeze without them and have on my cute little sandals...needless to say my toes were cold this morning. Happy Hour at the Birthday Bash will warm them up huh? Can't wait to see you again and the famous Mers.
