I just finished doing 300 squats. This is the first time this week I have felt like working out. Last week I focused on pushups/upperbody, this week is squats and lower body workout time.

I still have some congestion and the stuffy nose comes back every once in a while, but other than that no more fever or headache--at least until the Advil runs out maybe.

Yes, I do squats with 30 lb free weights in each hand.
