The very same facilities that he voted NO to help. Then you saw his district in Baltimore. It was a disgrace, way worse that was going on at the border, so yes he got called out. Yes , I would say any person should be drug tested before they can get welfare checks. We all knew the trade arrangement would hurt for a while. It has been out of wack for too long. Hopefully it will balance out. You forgot to mention that a lot of bailout for farmers is from the weather , a lot of farmers got a bailout because they couldn’t plant the fields, snow, rain, drought. So yes we use bailouts to help.
