First of all, most all the info we have is not from leaks but from prepared statements by the witnesses. These have not been kept secret. Second, if there was exculpatory testimony pertaining to the president*, don't you think some of the Republican members of these hearings would leak it? The Republicans have had equal time to question the witnesses, but a lot of them have not even bothered to attend, even though they were members of these committees.
How did the opening statements and testimony hold up under Republican questions? Please support your claim with the actual questions and answers.

Really? The people coming forward for depositions have claimed he wanted a made up investigation to be publicly read by the Ukrainian President and even wrote the script to be used. They also confirmed extortion was used, do is a favor in return for some cash. As far as leaks it could just as easily be lying fukface’s people. He had so many leaks he at one time was going to implement polygraphs in an attempt to plug the sieve. If this is the person every American should be outraged. Outing the whistleblower is equivalent to the outing of Valerie Plame, This is what Republicans do when they can’t defend their president’s actions.
Have Claimed, really? Thanks for proving his point.

Let me get this straight: you claim that every one of the 40 something Republicans on these committees are so righteously pure that they would never leak exculpatory testimony to get super bonus brownie points from the prez*? Really?

While trump's acolytes gleefully attack the character of witnesses let's remember the character of the guy they are defending.

Here is a democratic Political consultant talking about McCain.

Critics have accused McCain of war crimes for bombing targets in Hanoi in the 1960s. A widely read liberal blog on Sunday accused McCain of "disloyalty" during his captivity in Vietnam for his coerced participation in propaganda films and interviews after he had been tortured.

"A lot of people don't know ... that McCain made a propaganda video for the enemy while he was in captivity," wrote Americablog.com's John Aravosis. "Putting that bit of disloyalty aside, what exactly is McCain's military experience that prepares him for being commander in chief?"

"Getting shot down, tortured and then doing propaganda for the enemy is not command experience," Aravosis wrote in the blog post, titled "Honestly, besides being tortured, what did McCain do to excel in the military?

John Aravosis is an American Democratic political consultant, journalist, civil rights advocate, and blogger. Aravosis, an attorney who lives in New York City, is the founder and executive editor of AMERICAblog.

Just let go it’s not worthy of a response. He is simply demonstrating how low these right wingers will go to defend a pathological liar draft dodger. McCain was always honest about that period and regretted it. Even after everything he had been through he refused to make the recording which only occurred after four days of torture. Every man has his breaking point and McCain said they found his. The breaking point of this lying sack of sht they’re defending is criticism. Fuk him and them. Did not agree with McCain politicaly, but damn what a man!

Tim Morrison, a senior National Security Council official, is set to step down amid an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, it has been confirmed.
After 19 years of government service, I have decided to leave the NSC,” he said in his opening statement to impeachment committees obtained by CBS News. “I have not submitted a formal resignation at this time because I do not want anyone to think there is a connection between my testimony today and my impending departure. I plan to finalize my transition from the NSC after my testimony is complete.”
Morrison was among those who listened in on Trump’s July 25 phone call with the leader of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The call is the focus of a Democrat-led impeachment inquiry into Trump.

In Morrison’s testimony on Thursday, he told House lawmakers conducting the impeachment inquiry that he thought there was nothing illegal in Trump’s request for Zelensky to investigate the Bidens’ involvement in the 2016 firing of a top Ukrainian prosecutor, Victor Shokin.

“I want to be clear. I was not concerned that anything illegal was discussed,” he said.

He didn't think there was anything illegal, even though there was. It's the law that matters, not his ignorant personal opinion.

Or his political bias. I couldn't care less about stuff like that. I'm way more concerned with the facts of the matter. As far as I'm concerned, Morrison's statement is just further corroboration of evidence of wrongdoing first put forth by the whistleblower. In fact, I would go so far as to call him a whistleblower whether Trump and disciples realize it or not.

13 people have testified that trump solicited Ukraine to interfere in the US elections
I believe them.

Tim Morrison ... told House investigators over eight hours of closed-door testimony that the "substance" of his conversations recalled by William B. Taylor Jr., the acting ambassador to Ukraine, was "accurate," according to his prepared remarks and people familiar with Morrison's testimony.

In particular, Morrison verified that Trump's envoy to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, conveyed to a Ukrainian official that the military aid would be released if the country investigated an energy firm linked to the son of former vice president Joe Biden.
