Mexico sends first border wall payment.Based on what I heard Mexico isn't going to pay for the wall after all. Think the the sentiment was, we will shut down the government to pay for the wall. Also expect a Tariff war, looks like Bannon won.

I see. I didn't realize your post was about states rights. I dont like to get in to political debates. Im not a fan of either party. Social media and "news" as a gauge, both parties followers are too fanatical to me.

To me, it looks like a big part of the debate is in regards to those that commit crimes.
I can't believe that someone suggested I should be banned for asking questions.

States have no legal obligation to enforce FEDERAL immigration law, just like they are under no legal obligation to enforce the ridiculous FEDERAL drug laws. If the feds want to send their jack-booted storm trooper into California, that's their prerogative, but in the eyes of the state, there is nothing illegal about any of these immigrants.
