Time to make the Halloween plan!
Sounds like Seaside is the place to go- let's be group tricksters and treatsters. Since we always end up with too much candy, accompanying adults are welcome to take candy from my baby. If we still have a sugar buzz going, I would like to get up to Baytowne for fireworks (their advertised times are 6-8).

I store the ones I already own, and then if I see one I can't resist (like the orange=Gator one or the indispensible reversible mink/leather vest), I add to my collection. When I was at Sophie Newcomb (aka Tulane), I had a fur that I'd turn inside out and sleep in sans pj's - so cozy. I know you're anti-fur, but the way I figure it, they're already dead when I buy them.
The orange fur is on topic - Happy Halloween!

Ok I admit it - there is a rabbit collar on my new black jacket and I rather like it - feels nice and warm close to my face. First time I ever had any kind of garment with fur. The way I see it, if leather doesn't offend you, then neither should fur.

Now nothing.....not much use for fur here at the beach...we had this fur discussion just a month or so ago on another thread. most of agreed that fur is fine along with leather and all other animal products we consume, and have done so for many thousands of years.
but, I'm with you ibd - no need for fur at the beach. I don't even wear my leather coat.
