was awesome! Except that I have missed PeaPod....again!
It was a Mother/Daughter weekend with Mama Sis, Old Timer, Patterson, Fire Head and me. We stayed at Oldtimer's new home in Moss Pt/Pascagoula area. It is 5 acre compound where Mama Sis and Daddy Brown will be moving soon. Our activities included:
Driving tour of the area....including Fal De Rah in Moss Point. Can't describe that! On to Ocean Springs and Biloxi where Mama Sis played good luck charm to a man at the Crap table. He tried to pay us when we left but I had to refuse. Then we ate lunch across the street at Mary Mahoney's Old French House. Not a French restaurant but built in the manner of the French Quarter. Very quaint and I highly recommend it for anyone in the area. More driving and viewing the damage to Biloxi and Gulf Port. Very sad and we didn't even see the worse of it.
Then shopping at Hudson's Treasure Hunt.....can't describe that experience either except I did get a wool p-coat out of the deal for $44. Thanks Mama Sis. Back to the compound for pedicure and massages!
Sunday was a lovely breakfast and waiting for steeleing1 and Rowie P to arrive to take Mama Sis home. RP was soooooo cute. No pictures to post yet. They are being sent to me...right girls?????
Arrived home last night at 9:30. It was a grayt weekend!

We did have a blast...much calmer than year's past as we were home in our jammies by 6:00 PM on Saturday night. Some of us are getting older by the minute.
I'm so thankful for my sisters and my precious mom. We savor every minute we have together and I'm really looking forward to completion of the cottage for my folks. We'll post photos when I learn how to post....maybe Steele Mama can do that for me???
We all enjoyed playing with Rowan ... great grandchild #4. He is darling and looks so much like his handsome dad.
