What a cutie! Here's something I wish I had done when we started coming down in '86 with 2-1/2 and 4 year olds (now 20 and 23)...take a picture in the same place every summer, same pose...sort of like school pictures, but way cooler!

We had a big family trip about five years ago.. myself, my four sisters, and related hubbys and children. We all stayed in one house (Seagrove Retreat House), and got a picture of the whole group on the beach running toward the camera (sounds odd, I know, but it turned out cool). We're planning another whole-family trip next year.. we'll have to do it again, it'll be interesting to see how the group has grown (one new hubby and five new kids!)

She is a doll.. her mom is the baby sister of the five of us,
so she gets spoiled, of course.

Did I mention that my niece was conceived on our trip to Seagrove in 2003?

Thanks! If you can't tell, I just adore her. She's named Grace Elizabeth (Grace after our grandmother, who passed away a week after my sister found out she was pregnant, and Elizabeth after.. me!)

This is uncanny. That is the name my daughter has picked out, if she has a girl! Grace for a great and grand mother. Elizaabeth for my grandmother. She passed away when my daughter was 5 months old.
