I'm going on a vacation and want to lease my darling flat from september 1 to September 15th. There is potential for longer lease if desired.
Some information about the apartment -
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING - .9 miles to inlet beach, on the cusp of Rosemary and Alys beach. An 800 sq ft 1 bedroom, fully furnished. The MOST delightful place I've had. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor with elevator access and preserve view from the balcony. You can hear the waves (especially off season) and it's quite divine day or night.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer in suite. Strong wifi, all utlities included. Private beach access, parking available (1 car per resident). Gym and resort style pool with out door kitchen.
Neighbors are a mix of long-time residents, seasonal and 6 months (typically building in the area living temporarily until the home is complete).
I'm an artist, so the home reflects my taste, vintage furnishing with a mix of brand new (bed and couch). Not your typical "30a" all white no color space, queen-size bed and washer and dryer with easy access. Photos and approximate address available upon request.
