2br+ LTR near 30A wanted

I have friends who will be relocating to the area in the November time frame who will be looking for a long-term (12 month) rental and would like to be near 30-A.

Two professional adults, no pets, no children looking for a house with at least 2 bedrooms, preferably unfurnished.
