Job Description [LIST] [*]Provide excellent customer service and restock merchandise regularly [*]Sell and ring up customers on our POS system [*]Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services [*]Cross-sell products [*]Ensure racks are fully stocked [*]Manage returns of merchandise [*]Greet and direct customers [*]Willing to work inside or outside as we have two store locations [*]Alerts management of potential security issues. [*]Willing to comply with daily protocol. [*]Pays extreme attention to detail. [*]Keeps shop clean and neat including back stock area [*]Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. [*]Inform customers about discounts and special offers [*]Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager [/LIST] Part-time hours are 20 - 30 hours per week.
