Hi and we are listing our home next week for rental mid June for 1-2 year lease. Our home is located at 100 Chance Lane which is on Hwy 30A across from Watersound Beach. We are on Camp Creek lake and have a covered dock. The main home is 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths. There is a 2 car garage w/a carriage home above which is a 1 bedroom apartment w/balcony/porch. The carriage home is 1 bdrm w/full kitchen w/washer and dryer. If you are not familiar with the dune lakes, they are connected to the gulf. You can paddle board or canoe to the beach. The home is hardwood throughout and baths are fully tiled. We have completed some updates in the kitchen and baths in the last 6 months. The rent is $13,500 monthly.
