Snow day here too!!! The kiddos went to sleep with their jammies on backwards and spoons under their pillows. It worked! Mr OL is getting ready to go to work...I'll worry until I get his call. The P.O. never closes either Aud! It's really coming down! We probably have 4+ inches already.

I'm still trying to work up the willpower to get out there and start shovelling.

It was 60? here yesterday. This morning it is about 55?. It is pouring down rain, I mean pouring, and my son is on a bus headed down I-65 for district band competition. Please pray that they arrive and return safely. It is supposed to get down to 27? tonight, and the high tomorrow is only 30?. I will be so happy when SPRING arrives. Please everyone stay safe and warm!

Just came in...it's nice and windy out but not too cold. Sam has a sore throat so she stayed in. My neighbor just loaded up her kids and is taking them sledding. I'm feeling guilty for not doing the same but it's really bad out! Mr OL called and said he made it safely to work. Yea! Tonight it's gonna be rough getting home for sure.

God just told me to slow down. My power went out for an hour or so.
Now I can resume my normal plundering of towns and villages.

We're having a white out right now. It is so windy with giant drifts across roads, and our back yard. Rudy can barely get down the deck stairs, stops about 3/4 of the way down, then leaps out in it. But it so blustery and swirling around that he's not even staying out to play in it. But it is sure pretty!

We're getting ice now... Glad I don't have to go anywhere and I'm not feeling guilty anymore about not going sledding. It's just not worth it.

we are having a wintry mix going on out there now, sounds like bb's hitting the windows. i scraped half the driveway (my side) before the snow blower quit on me. that thing is mucho heavy, glad mr audie handles it most of the time... ol, glad the mr made it to work. what time does he get home? mr audie has to work until 9 tonight.

Mr OL usually is home by 10 but he said they will probably make him work over since most people didn't even come in! They should be letting people go home early but they don't care. They would rather them just spend the night. I'll be prying for him the whole way...it's usually a 1/2 hour drive and I bet it'll take at least an hour but the good thing is there won't be much traffic!

I enjoy your pictures so much too, OL! I've been wanting to get out to take some but the snow is still blowing drifts up to the front door and back door and I can't even get them open!

Jeesh! I just mentioned on the storm thread that we don't have the strong winds yet. Looks like it might be another snow day tomorrow too!
